Terms and Conditions
:: Check-in and Check-out: the room is available to guests from 13.00 on the day of arrival until 9.30 on the day of departure. Any late check out to be agreed in advance with the Management, the service provides for a MINIMUM price of € 40.00.
:: Bookings are valid only when followed up with a Deposit (starting from € 400), to be paid within the time specified by Hotel’s Management. Here are the data for sending the deposit to be sent upon specific request Hotel:

Please, specify the reason for payment, booking details: first name / last name (of the person who made the reservation) and period. Once you have made the payment, please send a copy by e-mail to info@hotelras.com or fax +39 (0) 547 86 238.
Credit Card: Customers have to communicate First Name/Last Name of Cardholder, Number, Expiration Date and CVV (last three-digit number shown on the signature panel on the back of the card). The hotel will proceed to debit the Deposit upon written agreement with the Customer. Payment will be made via a secure SSL-certified circuit.
:: For bookings made 10 days before arrival date, a credit card as guarantee will be strictly required.
In line with European standards and in the absence of other agreements, for cancellation under date, Customers will be charged by the following fees (% of the balance).
